Companies like Yum! Brands are betting on the rise of middle-class consumers around the world. According to analysis conducted by Jana.com the size of the global middle-class could increase from 1.8 billion to 3.2 billion by 2020 and to 4.9 billion by 2030. Asia will account for nearly 85 percent of this growth, with China and India experiencing the most significant increase.
