Sina (Nasdaq:SINA) is developing a micro-blogging service at t.sina.com.cn and has started internal testing, Sohu reported August 19. Testing will be for around 500 users, the majority of whom will be Sina employees, the report said. The service allows users to publish short messages and upload photos from computers or mobile phones, the report said…
